Flooring Equipment Repairs
Do you need flooring equipment repairs?
Jon would be happy to work with you to get your equipment working and back on your job-site.
Equipment Repair Policy
All equipment must have a corresponding sales order number attached to verify customer account and ownership
Inspection fee will be on a case-by-case basis
All repairs have a warranty of 30 days after receipt of machine. Warranty includes workmanship of repair and replacement parts for repair
Floors Northwest is not responsible for consumable items if they fail after the 30-day warranty
Warranties must be inspected and determined by the repair technician
If a customer does not have an open account, they must prepay the entire amount of the estimate before work begins and/or parts are ordered
When repair is complete, your account or credit card will be charged the balance due
Customers have a 2-week time period to accept delivery and/or pick up of the equipment after repair. After the 2-week grace period, Floors Northwest will charge a holding fee of $15 per day until the equipment has been received
